Product Owner, Digital

Arla is a global leader in the dairy industry, committed to natural, sustainable nourishment and ensuring optimal global supply of fresh Arla products. The role is part of Arla's Global Shared Services in Gdańsk, including IT Services and Solutions, procurement, finance, and HR operations divisions supporting global processes.

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital, data, or IT environments • Proven ability to translate business needs into structured and prioritised requirements • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and driving decision-making • Experience in a complex matrix environment requiring collaboration and pragmatic decision-making • Understanding of data-intensive solutions, digital products and system integrations • Familiarity with governance, compliance or regulatory requirements in a business context • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Experience in a large international organisation is considered an advantage

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring transparency and clear prioritisation • Translate business priorities into actionable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria • Prioritise work based on business value, risk, dependencies and strategic objectives • Act as the primary business contact for IT delivery teams and external partners • Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, communicate progress and drive successful adoption of solutions

This role requires working from the office 50% of the time plus one additional day monthly.
