• At least 10 years of professional experience with proven success in B2B Enterprise sales and end-to-end IT project delivery.
• Established active professional network, especially with C-level and decision-makers in Poland and Europe.
• Experience selling and delivering product-based solutions (e.g., GenAI, SaaS) and custom software development.
• Strong understanding of operational processes in financial, healthcare, and retail sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the contact center industry, including CC processes and GenAI-powered voicebots and chatbots.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies for business transformation.
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) with a hands-on execution approach.
• Independent, proactive, and target-oriented in managing sales pipeline and project milestones.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.
• Well-organized, punctual, and able to work efficiently under time pressure.

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle using existing market relationships to acquire new B2B Enterprise clients, negotiate terms, and sign contracts.
• Present and pitch the company's GenAI products and custom service-based solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, IT, and Linguistic teams to create project implementation concepts, estimate costs, allocate tasks, and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide project management services including planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and communication.
• Organize and lead project team and client status meetings to align with strategic business goals.
• Identify and resolve project roadblocks and handle escalations to prevent negative impacts on budget, scope, or schedule.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and business value updates to management and clients.
• Ensure delivery of key project outcomes like contact center cost optimization and back-office process efficiency.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships post-implementation to support satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
