Project Manager

itCraft is a software house with over 15 years on the market and 50+ people on board. They have completed 350+ projects ranging from Uber-like applications to e-commerce, using modern technologies including AI. The company is certified to ISO 9001, 27001 & 13485, working according to quality, information-security, and medical-device procedures.

• 4-5+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager with international clients.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
• Strong analytical skills including defining business and functional requirements for web and mobile applications.
• Ability and willingness to build good relationships with teams and clients.
• Assertiveness and skills to maintain control.
• Fluency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills, especially facilitation and feedback.
• Fluency in English at level C1.
• Native Polish speaker.
• Location in Poland with availability to attend on-site client workshops including in Warsaw.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a software house.
• Programming experience.
• Knowledge of new technologies including AI, mobile, and web solutions.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated industries such as healthcare under ISO 13485.

• Manage 2-3 IT projects concurrently using Agile (Scrum) practices.
• Manage development teams of approximately 4-12 people.
• Manage and prioritize project backlog tasks.
• Motivate and engage teams.
• Prepare implementation plans, monitor progress, and report status to clients and management.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate analysis of client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Actively perform upselling by estimating orders, preparing offers, presenting to clients, and participating in negotiations.
