Fullstack Developer (PHP/VUE) (MID)

We The Folks sp. z o.o. builds a WYSIWYG ad designer platform that reaches roughly 200 million visitors a month, focusing on drag-and-drop, layered animations, and live ad-platform integrations.

• Experience with Laravel on PHP 8.3+.
• Proficient in Vue 3 with TypeScript and Vite on frontend.
• Knowledge of MySQL database schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker and Node.js.
• Ability to communicate directly with product stakeholders.
• Strong focus on code quality and testing with PHPUnit and Jest.

• Ship features across the stack: REST endpoints in Laravel, Vue 3 components, and MySQL schema and queries.
• Build the creative-editing surface with drag-and-drop, layered animations, and interactive elements.
• Integrate with ad platforms and ad servers using IAB-style specs and DSPs.
• Spend about half the time on maintenance: bug fixes, performance improvements, refactoring, and technical debt.
• Own performance and scalability of the editor and export pipeline, mindful of 200M monthly visitors.
• Participate in code reviews and write tests using PHPUnit and Jest.
