Senior Business Analyst (IT)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in consulting or outsourcing.
• Proven ability to work in exploratory or R&D contexts where requirements evolve.
• Strong BPMN process modeling skills for as-is/to-be analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirements management and backlog ownership.
• Solid documentation skills: BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hypothesis-driven mindset comfortable with incomplete information.
• Technical literacy to read architecture and integration diagrams.
• Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.
• Self-directed and reliable in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English for communication across business and technical contexts.

Nice to have:

• CBAP or CCBA certification.
• PSPO or CSPO certification.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Experience with Miro or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-native environments.

• Conduct deep discovery work: map as-is processes, facilitate workshops, and build to-be models using BPMN and tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
• Produce structured documentation: BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, use cases, and process diagrams for business and technical audiences.
• Manage the product backlog in Azure DevOps: create, refine, and prioritize requirements with project lead and client stakeholders.
• Frame ambiguous problems using hypothesis-driven techniques and MoSCoW scoping.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to surface unstated needs.
• Read and interpret architecture and integration diagrams, translating technical constraints.
• Drive scope control diplomatically, aligning stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and documentation quality.
