The HRIT team, part of Global HR Support, ensures the efficient and secure operation of global HR systems, with a focus on the SuccessFactors platform. This department collaborates globally to support systems development, governance, and improvement.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HRIS, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC)
  • Proven experience in advanced system configuration and end-to-end project delivery
  • Strong experience with HR system integrations and interfaces
  • Ability to act as trusted advisor and partner in business stakeholder discussions
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical, structured, and result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong mentoring and leadership mindset
  • Proactive and pragmatic problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL

Obowiązki

  • Act as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
  • Serve as the global technical lead for platform optimization, strategic development, and continuous process improvement
  • Lead complex implementations, advanced configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure scalability, standardization, and alignment of system solutions with business needs
  • Maintain system documentation adhering to IT, HR, audit, and validation standards
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and applicable governance frameworks
  • Provide advanced 3rd line support and act as key escalation point for critical issues
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, manage system upgrades/releases, and oversee ongoing optimization
  • Develop training materials and mentor junior and regular specialists
  • Lead major HRIT projects and contribute to cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
  • Design, support, and optimize integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/business systems
