Copilot Studio Developer (Power Platform)

• 3–5+ years of experience with Power Platform.
• Experience with AI assisted solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversational flows, agent logic, integrations).
• Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI.
• Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
• Understanding of AI assistants' operation within enterprise environments, integration, data flows, and constraints.
• Awareness of when to apply AI vs. traditional automation.
• Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and interactions between AI and Power Platform components.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and curious mindset, user-centric thinking, strong ownership, and adaptability in AI development.

• Experience with C#.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade AI Assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and the Power Platform.
• Build and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows and automation potential.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into AI scenarios.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and compliance.
