Staff Engineer - Cloud DevOps/ SRE

• 5+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles
• 3+ years experience with Linux and Networking in production
• 2+ years running Kubernetes in production
• Experience managing infrastructure with a major cloud provider, preferably GCP
• Experience with time-series monitoring systems like Prometheus or Datadog
• Experience coding in Terraform
• Experience managing Kubernetes configurations with Helm
• Experience writing automations in Python or similar scripting language

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience with database operations (PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery)
• Experience with container registries and image security scanning
• Experience with terragrunt
• Experience with incident management and SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, blameless post-mortems)
• Image building tools (Packer, Cloud Build)

• Manage multi-region GCP infrastructure handling over 1 billion daily requests
• Diagnose performance issues in a highly distributed environment
• Manage and develop GKE Kubernetes clusters
• Migrate projects hosted on-prem or other solutions to the company stack
• Use and improve existing monitoring systems
• Identify and automate time-consuming tasks
• Maintain security, reliability, performance, and quality standards
• Research and implement best practices and technologies
• Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotation after product onboarding
