Senior Technical Delivery Manager/Leader

Intellias is a company focused on software delivery and engineering excellence. The role involves leading software engineering initiatives and transforming delivery organizations towards AI-powered Managed Delivery models.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery management.
• Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
• Experience delivering Managed Delivery, Managed Services, or Fixed Price engagements.
• Experience supporting presales activities, solution planning, and estimations.
• Strong hands-on software engineering background.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Engineering Manager.
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Android, iOS, C#, Angular.
• Practical experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, SonarQube.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering productivity metrics.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar).
• Experience driving engineering transformation and AI adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience working on Healthcare projects or with Healthcare clients.
• Experience implementing Engineering Excellence or AI transformation programs at scale.

• Lead software delivery across multiple engineering teams and programs.
• Drive the transformation from traditional outstaffing to AI-enabled Managed Delivery models.
• Establish and improve delivery governance, KPIs, and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering leaders to improve delivery predictability, quality, and engineering productivity.
• Introduce and scale AI-powered software development practices across teams.
• Define and monitor engineering metrics using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and SonarQube.
• Coach teams on modern engineering practices, DevOps, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Lead Managed Delivery and Fixed Price projects from planning through execution.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and customer escalations.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Support presales activities, solution design, estimations, and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
