AI & Automation manager

Hedepy is a mental health platform connecting people with therapists across 9 markets in Europe. The company operates a remote-first culture and completed over 200,000 therapy sessions last year. Hedepy simplifies access to psychotherapy through video call.

• Proficient in coding with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for independent writing and debugging beyond AI-generated code.
• Fluent in SQL with hands-on experience in a cloud data environment such as BigQuery, capable of verifying data accuracy.
• Production experience in shipping systems with testing, monitoring, logging, error handling, and rollback.
• Experienced with LLM APIs and structured outputs, capable of recognizing unreliable AI outputs and implementing safeguards.
• Built and maintained production-grade automations integrating systems via APIs.
• Fluent English (B2+) and native proficiency in Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, or Romanian.

Nice to have:

• Advanced experience with low-code/no-code orchestration platforms such as Make.com and n8n.
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing analytics.
• Experience with advertising platform APIs including Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, GA4, and CRM systems.

• Build the automation layer integrating ad platforms, CRM, and analytics.
• Create automated monitoring, diagnostics, decision support, and action workflows while keeping a human in the loop for spending decisions.
• Verify SQL and data models, including those written by others, to ensure metric accuracy and prevent bad automated decisions.
• Deploy the automation and verification systems for Performance Marketing across 9 markets initially as a blueprint for further company-wide implementation.
