Wymagania

  • Relevant 2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR, or a related environment
  • Strong stakeholder management capability across HR, managers, employees, vendors, and authorities
  • Ability to coordinate projects and juggle several cases and deadlines in parallel
  • Thorough knowledge of Polish work and residence permit and visa documentation requirements
  • Effective problem-solving skills to resolve issues and unblock cases within SLAs
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
  • B2 English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate)
  • Polish proficiency at B2 or above

Nice to have:

  • Professional certification in Global Mobility or Immigration compliance
  • Experience working with HRIS or case management tools to track immigration cases
  • Knowledge of GDPR operational controls used in HR processes
  • Experience drafting process documentation and SOPs for operations teams
  • Experience supporting immigration or HR compliance audits

Obowiązki

  • Coordinate document preparation for Polish work and residence permits for initial filings, renewals, job condition changes, and ongoing status maintenance
  • Prepare employer-side documentation needed for Polish visas, work permits, and residence permits
  • Liaise with immigration vendors to ensure smooth, compliant case completion
  • Provide primary service support for managers, HR, and employees throughout the immigration process
  • Record and track case statuses, report issues and actions, and share solutions on a regular cadence
  • Monitor permit validity and key deadlines to support timely submissions and risk mitigation
  • Maintain strict compliance with corporate policies, immigration regulations, and data protection requirements including GDPR
  • Report on case progress, relay stakeholder feedback, and deliver case statistics to management
  • Communicate corporate policies to employees and enforce compliance with requirements
  • Identify process gaps or opportunities for growth and address them to improve the current process
  • Collaborate with HR teams, managers, vendors, and government authorities to facilitate compliant immigration support
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality work within deadlines with and without direct supervision
