• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management
• Participation in projects from pre-implementation analysis to system deployment
• PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
• Ability to coordinate project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of project management and Scrum
• Language proficiency: Polish

• Leading large IT projects according to scope, budget, and schedule
• Managing project teams and external suppliers
• Organizing and conducting workshops and project meetings
• Managing risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations
• Supervising project documentation and status reporting
