Veeva Vault Configuration Specialist Regulatory One

The Veeva Platform team within the IT Technology and Engineering area supports the Development Business Functions at Bayer by enabling process and data integration. They provide and maintain advanced IT platforms and architecture, collaborating closely with colleagues in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development & Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Management domains to continuously improve their solution portfolio.

• University degree in science or information technology
• Proven Veeva Vault RIM expertise with at least the Vault Platform Associate Administrator credential within the last 3 years (initial or annual exam)
• Experience working in a GxP regulated area
• Experience in creating technical documentation
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate clearly and translate complex requirements into Vault technical configuration
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational team

Nice to have:

• Experience with Veeva Vault Regulatory One

• Configure the Veeva Vault platform based on business requirements by adjusting objects, workflows, and reports
• Collaborate closely with international stakeholders within the Bayer Veeva Enablement Platform, business functions, and Veeva
• Gain understanding of the business processes within the assigned Vault application
