Senior Java Developer

• 4+ years of experience with Java and related technologies/frameworks such as Spring MVC, Spring Boot, JMS, JPA, and JAX-*
• Knowledge and practical application of SOLID principles
• Experience with WebServices including SOAP and REST
• Strong foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Ability to write clean, modular, and versatile code with replaceable modules and layers
• Skills to design code suitable for unit testing
• Understanding and practical skills in relational database technologies

• Design, develop, and test components of the system
• Support business analysts to align on user stories and acceptance criteria
• Integrate in-house developed systems with vendor solutions
• Resolve issues reported during testing and production
• Enhance technical specifications and documentation including data modeling and workflow analysis
• Participate in system design and both system and UAT testing
• Create scripts for deployment and solution checkout
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and specialists across multiple teams and locations
