Software & AI Delivery Lead (f/m)

• Experience as a developer or in a development environment, including knowledge of at least one programming language and understanding of technical team workflows
• Understanding programmers' work and ability to assess quality of technical solutions
• Active use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot in daily work
• Experience with product or project delivery responsibility
• End-to-end project management skills including requirements definition, backlog management, client communication, deadline and budget oversight
• Experience in client contact and building product solutions
• Practical and result-oriented mindset
• Independence and proactivity

Nice to have:

• Experience leading AI specialists teams
• Familiarity with software, cloud, and AI architecture design

• Managing IT projects from concept to implementation (end-to-end)
• Coordinating work of development teams of AI specialists to ensure efficient, fast, and business/client-aligned project delivery
• Understanding and verifying technical solutions in collaboration with the development team
• Participating in technical reviews and supporting the team
• Designing and supervising the architecture of software, cloud, and AI solutions with the technical team
• Creating project requirements, schedules, roadmaps, and backlogs
• Communicating with clients to accurately understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring delivery according to budget and deadlines
• Taking direct responsibility for delivering projects, beyond managing documentation
