Tech Lead (Java & AI Engineering)

Inteca is a software house specializing in designing and developing complex enterprise systems. They create solutions for organizations expecting the highest quality, security, and reliability. Inteca is developing PractIQ, an AI platform that automates the entire SDLC process, focusing on designing solutions, making technical decisions, and effective collaboration with AI agents rather than manual coding.

• Minimum 6+ years experience building complex IT systems
• Ability to independently design end-to-end solutions and supervise their implementation via automated processes
• Process-oriented thinking and ability to translate engineering best practices into repeatable automated workflows
• Deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, and Angular enabling effective verification and debugging of AI-generated code
• Excellent understanding of microservices architectures, design, and integration patterns
• Practical experience with AI/ML components or strong motivation to develop skills in this area
• Fluent in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with BPMN, UML, Kafka, Keycloak
• Experience building AI agents, AI workflow automation, LLM orchestration, RAG, AI-assisted software development

• Configure and run automated workflows in PractIQ delivering design products from analysis through to functioning code
• Oversee AI agents by verifying and approving architecture models, code, and documentation to align with client business goals
• Take responsibility for key technical decisions and tasks requiring human creativity beyond automation
• Define and enforce quality and architectural standards ensuring solid, scalable, and secure solutions
• Identify and suggest improvements to the PractIQ platform based on project experience
