Business Analyst – Automotive with English

• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including MS Excel and MS Word
• Intermediate or advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry, preferably 1–2 years
• Knowledge of automotive terminology, including B2B and fleet systems and processes
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken Polish and English

• Handle large volumes of data and files
• Understand business processes within the project scope
• Prepare and run standard and ad hoc reports cooperating with the client
• Manage business-related email communication with internal and external clients
• Perform administrative and office tasks related to in-scope activities
• Create and update procedures and instructions for supported processes
• Support back-office sales processes, including issuing invoices and documents
• Communicate with dealers regarding B2B and direct sales
• Communicate with logistics teams and customers regarding vehicle deliveries
• Provide B2B back-office support
