[Juo] Design Engineer

At Juo, we’re building software for businesses that want to build and run their subscription offering. Juo is a B2B SaaS company focused on ecommerce businesses selling physical products with the goal to apply subscription models across industries. The team is lean, experienced, and supported by investors and advisors from companies such as PayU, Piwik PRO, and Your KAYA.

• Proven product design experience with a strong portfolio of interfaces.
• Ability to write clean production frontend code.
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail and high craft standards.
• Passion for developer experience and building intuitive, delightful interfaces.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineering and product teams.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, lean startup environment with rapid learning and iteration.

• Strong understanding of modern frontend practices.

• Own complex UI challenges end-to-end from concepts to pixel-perfect production-ready implementation.
• Design and ship innovative interfaces and interactions delivering impeccable experiences.
• Build and evolve a scalable, component-driven design system linking UI with maintainable code.
• Research and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and best practices in design, frontend development, and AI interfaces.
• Architect intuitive, consistent product experiences scalable across multiple surfaces for users and developers.
• Gather insights from users, customers, and stakeholders to align designs with business goals and usability.
• Champion quality, accessibility, performance, and consistency across the product suite.
