Process & Production Engineer

• Higher technical education (preferred fields: mechanics, production, materials engineering or related)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage)
• Experience with processes involving metal machining/joining
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem-solving methods
• Ability to analyze process data and work with technical documentation
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a team and independently lead projects

• Supervising production processes and their optimization
• Analyzing and improving production process efficiency
• Implementing improvements following the Lean Manufacturing methodology
• Resolving quality and process problems
• Creating and updating process documentation
• Participating in the launch of new projects
• Supervising technological process parameters
• Supporting cost reduction and efficiency improvement activities
