Landscape Integration Partner Project Manager

• 5-12+ years of experience managing manufacturing IT/OT programs, including MES, ERP, and OT environments with proven plant go-live delivery
• Demonstrated experience in multi-party delivery leadership, managing on-site and remote teams with governance skills including RAID management, change control, and milestone tracking
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification with ability to apply structured project management methodologies in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Hands-on experience with AVEVA MES platform
• Solid background in CPG/FMCG manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ISA-95 standards and the Purdue Model

• Leading the end-to-end re-deployment of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across 16 production lines, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
• Managing and coordinating a mixed team of on-site and remote MES staff, IT and OT technicians for effective collaboration
• Driving strong project governance through RAID logs, change control, milestone tracking, and stakeholder reporting
• Overseeing shopfloor connectivity re-implementation, aligning IT and OT environments to meet production and business requirements
• Acting as the primary point of contact for the client, managing expectations, escalations, and alignment between technical delivery and business goals
