Principal Product Manager, Mobile & UI Platform

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 2 years at Staff or Principal level.
• Experience shipping mobile products with measurable impact on retention or engagement.
• Ownership of platform or shared-systems product, or partnered closely enough to own one.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on system design.
• Comfortable operating cross-functionally without direct authority.
• Clear, direct communicator able to simplify complexity without losing precision.
• Active use of AI to build prototypes, automate workflows, and develop task-specific tools.

Must haves:

• Shipped a mobile product with measurable business impact, owned end-to-end.
• Operate at Principal scope, defining strategy for large, ambiguous problems and driving execution.
• Exposure to platform or shared-systems work sufficient to credibly own it.
• Minimum 7 years in SaaS product management.

• Own the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch translating strategy into a sequenced, shippable plan.
• Own the product direction for the design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns.
• Drive alignment between mobile and shared foundations to ensure one coherent product experience.
• Define how foundations evolve to serve both human builders and AI tools.
• Set governance standards for prototyping and shipping on shared infrastructure.
• Build the case for foundational investment and communicate its importance.
• Partner with engineering leads on system design trade-offs.
