The platform supports tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly and serves enterprise nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. The product ecosystem includes a modern checkout experience and customizable widgets, donor, organization and partner portals, admin tools, and internal applications. The team is distributed across multiple countries and consists of 160+ product professionals.

Wymagania

  • 4–7 years of product management experience with at least 1–2 years owning a technically complex domain.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, payouts, fee models, refunds/chargebacks, multi-processor configurations, and reconciliation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineers on backend/system design trade-offs and deliver reliable platform capabilities.
  • Comfort with data analysis, metric definition, and impact evaluation.
  • Clear written communication and structured thinking, able to convert ambiguity into executable plans.
  • High ownership, discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with payment processors such as Stripe Payments and PayPal, and financial systems integrations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, or self-serve account management.
  • Familiarity with audit/compliance requirements like SOX readiness and SOC2 implications.
  • Experience reducing billing-related support contacts through product improvements and tooling.

Obowiązki

  • Own the Billing product roadmap, outcomes, and prioritization; define quarterly goals and success metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver resilient billing systems covering accuracy, idempotency, retries, monitoring, incident response, and ownership boundaries.
  • Improve revenue protection and customer experience through dunning, failed payment recovery, refunds, and dispute/chargeback flows.
  • Define and maintain billing domain documentation including data model, event flows, edge cases, and operational run-books.
  • Conduct discovery with internal teams and customers to uncover pain points and define PRDs and delivery plans.
  • Establish and track core Billing KPIs such as failed payment rate and recovery rate.
  • Drive antifraud strategy execution by defining priorities and metrics, collaborating with Engineering and Data teams to ship realtime protections and monitoring, and continuously improve rules.
