Senior Group Product Manager

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that powers tens of millions of dollars in donations monthly for nonprofits worldwide. The platform serves enterprise nonprofit organizations across North America, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. It features a large and complex product ecosystem including a modern checkout experience, customizable widgets as standalone SPAs, donor, organization, and partner portals, admin tools, and several internal apps. The company has a distributed product team of over 160 professionals mainly based in Europe and surrounding regions.

• 8+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers or managing multiple product teams.
• Proven experience owning business outcomes across multiple products or domains.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing Product organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios and cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve product management workflows is a strong plus.
• Fluent English (C1+).

• Lead Product Managers and teams across multiple product areas.
• Drive business outcomes including conversion, adoption, retention, revenue, and reliability.
• Ensure execution quality and roadmap coherence across product domains.
• Align cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM, Support, and Operations.
• Conduct people leadership activities including coaching, performance management, and development.
• Manage portfolio visibility, execution governance, and risk.
• Hiring and scaling the Product Management organization.
• Build autonomous, high-performing teams with strong ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
• Translate company strategy into measurable product outcomes.
• Prioritize based on business impact and customer value.
• Drive portfolio planning and roadmap alignment.
• Improve delivery predictability, execution quality, and coordination.
• Balance customer value, technical investments, and long-term product sustainability.
• Establish operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, and Product Management best practices.
• Continuously enhance decision-making and execution quality.
• Raise hiring standards and develop future Product leaders.
• Foster collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
• Apply AI to accelerate research, planning, decision-making, and communication.
• Help the team adopt AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity and execution quality.
