Product Owner

Intellias is developing an AI-powered in-vehicle assistant platform at the intersection of automotive software, embedded systems, and Generative AI. The product offers a natural, voice-first conversational experience for drivers and passengers, integrating vehicle functions, navigation, media, communication, and connected services. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to build a scalable, user-centric product redefining the driving experience.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Experience delivering Automotive products, particularly Head Unit (Infotainment) applications.
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
• Experience working closely with highly technical engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).

Nice to have:

• Experience with voice assistants, conversational interfaces, or AI-powered products.
• Familiarity with connected vehicle ecosystems.
• Experience working on embedded or cloud-connected automotive solutions.

• Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to reflect business priorities and customer needs.
• Translate business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements.
• Drive product delivery through Agile iterations, maximizing business value.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies and coordinate with other Product Owners.
• Support release planning and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Participate in feature validation and final product sign-off before release.
• Help remove delivery impediments and support successful sprint execution.
• Analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor solutions to improve the product continuously.
