Wymagania
- Minimum one year experience in e-commerce
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with data and reports
- Knowledge of tools JIRA, Confluence, and good proficiency in Excel
- Good command of English
- Nice to have: knowledge of e-commerce payment ecosystem (PSP, payment gateways, BLIK, BNPL, card networks)
Obowiązki
- Monitor e-commerce payment process efficiency indicators, detect anomalies, and report errors
- Collaborate with payment operators and service providers for current support and process development
- Identify development needs in e-commerce payments and prepare requirements for the IT team
- Test new functionalities and changes in the payment process
- Analyze errors and participate in their verification
- Prepare analyses, reports, and competitive benchmarks
- Cooperate with internal departments including Customer Service (BOK), Analysis, Finance, Advertising, Marketplace, and Legal
