Implementing patches including SAP Support Packages and SAP Kernel updates.
Monitoring systems using reports such as EWA, batch jobs, IDocs, updates, dumps, syslog, and SAL.
Managing transport systems, clients, RFC connections, and spool.
Ensuring high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) of systems.
Supporting audits and managing system and data security.
Implementing changes and participating in development projects.
Collaborating with development, functional, and IT infrastructure teams.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
