Koordynator testów

WYMAGANIA:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT manual testing area, including test management and manual testing execution.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies including waterfall and agile approaches.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and SCRUM.
• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Hold an ISTQB certificate.
• Experience managing tests in Formacja within development teams.

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Test Manager certificate.
• Experience in banking or financial industry.
• Knowledge of log analysis tools such as Kibana.

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Collaborate with the development team within sprint cycles.
• Define testing approaches within cycles, sprints, and releases.
• Analyze requirements for testing and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Manage defects (Defect Management).
• Manage the scope of regression testing.
• Perform manual testing.
• Maintain functional testing standards within development teams.
• Use JIRA and Confluence tools in daily work.
• Demonstrate independence, diligence, and ability to work under time pressure.
