Product Support Specialist (m/f)

eRecruiter is a system supporting HR professionals in Poland, used by over 2,300 companies ranging from large brands to local family businesses. The company delivers SaaS technological solutions for recruitment automation and emphasizes creating a positive recruiting experience for candidates, recruiters, and companies. The team consists of over a hundred people focused on continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Support, B2B, or HR Tech
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Analytical approach, accuracy, and proactivity
• High quality of client communication and user experience building
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
• Interest in new technologies and eagerness to learn new tools
• Enjoy teamwork and knowledge sharing

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with AI tools
• Experience with ATS systems

• Support eRecruiter system users in resolving technical problems via chat and ticketing system
• Assist clients in better using system features in daily work
• Analyze complex tickets and collaborate with product team
• Report bugs and suggest improvements
• Create and develop knowledge base
