Product Manager (k/m)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product development.
• Experience working in a product company.
• Good understanding of software development processes.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams.
• Ability to manage backlog, analyze requirements, and plan product development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Data-driven decision making based on business goals and user needs.
• Ability to define and interpret product metrics.
• Effective collaboration and relationship building with stakeholders.
• Ability to question assumptions constructively and propose better solutions.
• Self-reliant, well organized work approach with responsibility for outcomes.
• Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for research, analysis, documentation, and specification writing.
• Skilled in prompt creation and evaluating AI output quality.

Nice to have:

• Experience with B2B2C or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with tools like Hex and Google Analytics.
• Experience with the Claude AI ecosystem (Projects, MCP, Claude Code) or similar AI solutions.
• Experience with rapid prototyping using AI tools (e.g., Lovable, v0, Claude Code).
• Examples of automating own work using AI.

• Collaborate on product strategy and roadmap with the Head of Product and Product Managers.
• Define product goals and priorities based on business, user needs, and technology.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize initiatives.
• Provide clear business and product context to the technology team.
• Plan team work and coordinate sprint activities.
• Conduct Scrum meetings: planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Cooperate with stakeholders across the organization and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
• Maintain product documentation.
• Coordinate collaboration with technology partners for integrations when needed.
