• Assist Italian-speaking travelers with vehicle rental enquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle options, rental rates, insurance packages, and tourism add-ons.
• Process reservations and payments using internal booking and CRM systems.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with partner tourism agencies, hotels, and travel operators for seamless rental solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel services such as GPS navigation, additional driver options, child seats, and travel insurance.
• Stay informed about tourism trends and destination-specific requirements.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
