• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
• Ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity
• Strong ownership and accountability for code quality and delivery
• Experience with developer experience-related tools and platforms such as Pub/Sub, Chat, LiveSync

• Build complex dashboards, billing UIs, and sleek documentation platforms using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
• Develop deep knowledge of the platform including Pub/Sub, Chat, and LiveSync components
• Use the product personally to understand and enhance developer experience
• Independently take features from vague concepts to shipped products with minimal guidance
• Provide high-quality, well-tested code and meet delivery commitments with realistic estimates
• Monitor production deployments and take personal ownership of quality and lifecycle of features
