Fullstack Software Engineer

Infolet has been supporting IT leaders for 20 years by providing technologies, experts, and full operational support, including residence and work legalization for international IT specialists. Their projects involve specialists in Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile developers, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

• 5+ years of experience with at least one modern programming language (preferably Kotlin, JavaScript, or Python)
• Willingness to work across both backend and frontend development
• Understanding of REST APIs and distributed applications
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Experience with .NET and C#
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and Agile development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience working in cloud-native or microservices environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting complex systems

• Develop and deliver new features from requirements through production
• Break down business requirements into user stories and implement them iteratively
• Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Support production systems by investigating and resolving bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
• Identify and reduce technical debt while balancing new feature development
• Collaborate through pair programming and code reviews
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
