• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital communication norms, and online community behaviour within Dutch-speaking markets.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and remotely managing high volume of content reviews accurately.
• Resilient, professional mindset to handle exposure to disturbing or sensitive content responsibly.
• Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, digital compliance, or related field within social media or technology sector is highly advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of English for effective communication within an international team.

• Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Dutch, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
• Identify, assess, and take appropriate action on harmful, abusive, or policy-violating content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, and fraudulent activity.
• Analyse patterns of suspicious or coordinated inauthentic behaviour and escalate cases to senior specialists.
• Provide accurate, well-documented decisions on content and account reviews with high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with legal, policy, and operations teams to uphold platform safety standards.
• Monitor emerging trends, threats, and digital risks in the Dutch-speaking social media community.
• Handle sensitive user reports professionally and adhere to data privacy regulations.
• Participate in training and calibration exercises to stay current with trust and safety frameworks and platform updates.
