Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Purchasing.
  • Experience in strategic or project-based sourcing activities (e.g. Capex, MRO, direct materials is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with e-sourcing tools and RFx processes.
  • Experience preparing sourcing plans, business cases, and cost analysis (TCO approach is an advantage).
  • Very good command of French (minimum C1 level – required for daily communication).
  • Strong English skills for international communication.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Very good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders at the same time.

Obowiązki

  • Support sourcing projects from start to finish, including tracking progress and keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Help organize and manage RFP / RFx processes and related supplier activities.
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers and ensure all required information and documentation is delivered on time.
  • Prepare reports and KPI updates for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in building sourcing plans and supporting purchasing strategies defined by buyers.
  • Answer supplier questions related to sourcing events, both commercial and technical.
  • Summarize supplier offers and support the selection process.
  • Work with sourcing tools and systems to manage events and reporting.
