Product Owner/Product Ownerka (f/m/n)

By Q1 2026, InPost had nearly 94,900 out-of-home points including over 64,600 Paczkomat devices and approximately 30,200 PUDO points across 9 countries (UK, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands), serving around 100,000 e-sellers. In 2025, the company handled close to 1.4 billion shipments with a 25% year-over-year growth. The Product Owner role in Sales Development focuses on product management, customer needs analysis, and collaboration with multiple organizational areas and external partners to develop and expand product offerings. The position entails end-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives from concept to implementation.

• Minimum 3 years experience in product management
• Experience independently leading projects and initiatives, especially related to launching new products, services, or sales offers
• Ability to define business requirements and create specifications
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional business and technology teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations
• Knowledge of product lifecycle and principles of building and developing product offerings
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
• Highly developed communication and presentation skills
• Business intuition and ability to navigate complex organizational environments
• Very good business-level English proficiency (minimum C1)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Develop and manage InPost products and offerings at every stage of the product lifecycle
• Independently lead business projects and initiatives, including new product, service, and sales offer implementations
• Analyze business needs, customer expectations, and market trends
• Define project scopes, business objectives, and recommend product development directions
• Prepare business cases, analyses, and recommendations to support business decisions
• Manage project schedules, scopes, budgets, and risks
• Create and maintain project and product documentation
• Define business requirements and cooperate with Technology teams on new solutions implementations
• Coordinate deployments and work between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other organizational areas
• Verify correctness of implemented solutions and oversee business testing and acceptance
• Support project teams, including international ones, with ongoing challenges and change management
• Prepare presentations and conduct communications with stakeholders at various organizational levels
