Quality Assurance Engineer

Precursive Ltd is a UK-registered company headquartered in London that offers a professional services automation (PSA) platform for Salesforce combining task management, customer collaboration, and services automation. The company operates globally with remote-friendly teams across the US and Europe, fostering transparency and autonomy. The Product Engineering team builds customer-facing products using React and Lightning Web Components on the Salesforce platform. AI, including the use of Claude, is central to their product development and workflows.

• At least 2 years of QA or similar experience in complex tech environments
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in SQL and SOQL
• Experience with Jira and Bitbucket
• Great attention to detail to identify well-hidden bugs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-sufficiency, proactivity, and responsibility for assigned tasks

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification
• Experience in a Salesforce environment
• Experience with test automation using Apex, JavaScript, and Selenium
• Experience working with Claude AI

• Creating and carrying out extensive manual test scenarios to ensure software meets requirements
• Finding and reporting bugs, issues, and improvements via Jira
• Conducting exploratory, integration, and regression testing
• Defining detailed test plans for new requirements
• Collaborating with developers and other colleagues across the business to find and define solutions
• Collaborating with support to triage issues raised by the business
