Senior Zendesk Architect (f/m/x)

Join Client's Digital Growth Solutions team and play a key role in shaping the future of our global Customer Care ecosystem.

• At least 8 years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years working with the Zendesk platform
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and jQuery
• Extensive experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud system integrations
• Solid knowledge of Zendesk Sunshine, Custom Objects, and data relationship modeling
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, AJAX, HTTP, and object-oriented design principles
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Fluency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with middleware solutions like Workato
• Knowledge of Vue.js

• Design and architect solutions across Zendesk Support, Guide, and Talk
• Lead integrations between Zendesk and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and AWS using REST APIs and middleware
• Drive the implementation of Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF) and custom applications
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for development teams
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Architects and AWS Developers
