Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Backend focus)

• 6+ years of experience building features used by millions of users.
• Experience building and optimizing large-scale web architectures.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Golang or similar.
• Skilled in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and React Native, with practical expertise in Server-Side Rendering.
• Experience creating and implementing app rollout plans, experimentation, instrumentation, and supportability.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Nice to have:

• Commercial experience with React Native and native app development.
• Experience in corporate web and mobile environments with high-scale systems.
• Experience in payment systems integration (e.g., blik, bizum).
• Experience integrating with identity verification vendors like GBG, Taktile, and Onfido.

• Lead and design large-scale web and mobile architectures.
• Manage complex projects from idea to completion, including defining requirements and directing team members.
• Collaborate across engineering, marketing, and product teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Write integrations with local payment systems and identity verification services.
• Build and evolve systems to prevent fraud and ensure safe money transfers.
• Own features impacting real customers and their financial needs.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing sessions.
• Drive improvements in code quality, reliability, observability, and tooling adoption.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
