LSI Software S.A. develops proprietary solutions used by clients in various industries in Poland and abroad, focusing on retail technology such as kiosks and self-checkout systems.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or related role.
• Experience managing product portfolios and launching new products to market.
• Experience in tender procedures and preparing technical and product offers.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent self-organization.
• Ability to read technical drawings and hardware specifications.
• Very good knowledge of English (B2+/C1) enabling independent communication with manufacturers, clients, technology partners, and work with technical and tender documentation.
• Driving license category B.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hardware solutions or retail technology (e.g., kiosks, POS, self-checkout, digital signage, retail automation).
• Experience with custom hardware projects.
• Experience creating and executing product roadmaps.
• Ability to prepare pricing policy, margin recommendations, and product profitability control.
• Experience cooperating with manufacturers from Asia or Europe.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of products in kiosks and self-checkout systems.
• Take responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis and customer needs through implementation, development, and withdrawal.
• Coordinate implementations of new products to sales and support sales and technical departments.
• Prepare product documentation, technical specifications, and sales materials.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and develop product functionalities.
• Build product standards and processes related to portfolio development.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and technology partners.
