Wymagania
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years in customer-facing platforms, enterprise integrations, or CRM-driven systems.
- Strong backend and application development skills using Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Lambda, S3, Amazon RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs and generative AI with tools such as Amazon Bedrock and LangChain.
- Experience building AI-powered backend services like prompt orchestration layers and RAG workflows.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems design, API development, testing strategies, code quality, and maintainable architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control workflows, and automated deployments using GitHub and Gearset.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technical strategy.
- Experience mentoring engineers and improving engineering practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical ideas.
Nice to have:
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Lightning, Flow, APIs, and data models.
- Experience with advanced prompt engineering and optimization for AI applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Knowledge of LangGraph, LangSmith, and agentic workflows.
- Background in enterprise security, compliance, and data governance related to AI.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to advanced AWS services such as SageMaker, AppConfig, or event-driven architectures.
- Track record leading cross-functional technical initiatives or large-scale platform improvements.

- Design, build, and evolve intelligent customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS services and modern generative AI capabilities.
- Architect and develop AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and modern LLM integration patterns.
- Build robust backend services, including LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, and RAG pipelines.
- Lead design and delivery of complex customer experience initiatives from technical discovery to production deployment.
- Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies and AI interaction patterns.
- Design and implement resilient APIs, event-driven integrations, and backend services connecting Salesforce, AWS platforms, internal systems, and external applications.
- Drive engineering excellence with CI/CD practices, using GitHub, Gearset, and deployment automation.
- Champion observability, operational excellence, and production support practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and collaboration.
- Lead technical decision-making in architecture, integration design, AI/ML tooling, scalability, security, and platform evolution.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, security, data, and infrastructure teams.
- Work in a Scrum-based Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
