Wymagania

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including customer-facing platforms, enterprise integrations, or CRM-driven systems.
  • Expertise in backend and application development using Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Strong experience designing and building cloud-native solutions on AWS, including Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
  • Proven experience integrating large language models and generative AI into production applications, preferably with Amazon Bedrock or LangChain.
  • Experience building AI-powered backend services such as prompt orchestration layers and RAG workflows.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals including distributed systems design, API development, testing strategies, and maintainable architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using GitHub and Gearset.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and development including Apex and CRM data models.
  • Experience with advanced prompt engineering and optimization for AI applications.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
  • Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, agentic workflows, or related AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Background in enterprise security, compliance, and data governance related to AI.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to advanced AWS services such as SageMaker and AppConfig.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives or platform improvements.

Obowiązki

  • Design, build, and evolve intelligent customer experience solutions integrating Salesforce CRM with AWS services and generative AI capabilities.
  • Develop AI-powered experiences using Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, and modern LLM integration patterns.
  • Build robust backend services and integrations including LLM orchestration, prompt workflows, and RAG pipelines.
  • Design and deliver complex customer experience initiatives from discovery through production deployment ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies and AI interaction patterns.
  • Design and implement resilient APIs, event-driven integrations, and backend services connecting Salesforce, AWS, internal, and external applications.
  • Drive engineering excellence through strong CI/CD practices using GitHub, Gearset, and deployment automation.
  • Champion observability, operational excellence, and production support for enterprise-grade reliability.
  • Participate in technical decision-making on architecture, integration design, AI/ML tooling, scalability, security, and platform evolution.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, architects, security, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure, reliable, and enterprise-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate in a Scrum-based Agile environment using Jira and Confluence to maintain delivery transparency.
  • Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and engineering patterns to enhance customer experience.
