Senior Application Consultant (SAP, CO)

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with a strong focus on SAP Controlling (SAP CO).
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO), Product Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders.
• Experience with Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis).
• Experience integrating SAP CO with SAP FI and other functional modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Ability to map complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international and multicultural project environments.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Polish.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA Controlling solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA/Margin Analysis).
• Participate in all project phases, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution demonstrations with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Support testing activities, user training, documentation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to global rollout and transformation programs in international environments.
