Project Manager (Process Mining, SQL)

• More than 6 years of professional experience in process and task mining tools such as Celonis (preferred), UiPath, and KYP.ai (nice to have)
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data visualization
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong understanding of business processes (preferably P2P, C2C, R2R)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Very good English (written and spoken) skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP
• Experience in P2P processes

• Lead process mining implementations end-to-end
• Gather and translate business requirements
• Design data models and process structures
• Build analytical dashboards and reports
