Data Analyst (Process Mining, BI)

• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in process mining or BI tools (e.g., Celonis, Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of finance processes (P2P, C2C, R2R)
• Strong storytelling and data presentation skills
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
• Very good English (written and spoken)

• Lead process intelligence projects across multiple clients
• Ensure high-quality outcomes and support business transformation initiatives
• Guide stakeholders in leveraging analytical insights for continuous process improvement
• Manage and mentor consultants and analysts
• Plan workload and ensure delivery quality
• Translate business needs into solutions
• Oversee data models and analytics outputs
• Validate dashboards and insights
• Act as escalation point and remove blockers
• Support executive communication and reporting
