Frontend Developer

Persooa is engaged in international projects involving marketing automation and system integrations using platforms like Synerise.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a frontend developer with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6+
• Strong knowledge of clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript without dependence on frameworks or libraries
• Ability to replicate Figma designs precisely 1:1
• Proficient use of DevTools for style inspection, network request analysis, JavaScript debugging, and console usage
• Knowledge of JS Web API
• Experience coding and testing responsive email templates (tools like Email on Acid, Litmus, or similar)
• Familiarity with RWD concepts
• Knowledge of jQuery library
• Practical experience with REST API and JSON for data retrieval and display
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager and dataLayer for data analysis and event addition (e.g., GA4) per client guidelines
• Good command of English
• High independence in working on assigned tasks
• Communicative skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Synerise platform or similar marketing automation/CDP tools
• Experience with template languages (e.g., Jinja, Mustache) including conditional logic and content personalization
• Experience in e-commerce projects
• Experience with lightweight JS libraries (e.g., Swiper, OWL Carousel) and ability to choose and implement solutions based on documentation
• Ability to build simple no-code automations (e.g., n8n or similar)
• Basic UI/UX knowledge

• Coding web pages, landing pages, and web components based on Figma designs with 1:1 accuracy
• Creating and deploying responsive email templates for newsletters and email campaigns
• Implementing and configuring components within the Synerise platform such as forms, popups, personalizations, and automation scenarios
• Designing and executing custom marketing campaigns using advanced personalization and segmentation mechanisms
• Integrating Synerise with external systems including REST API, webhooks, ERP/CRM/e-commerce systems on the client side
• Working with template languages (e.g., Jinja, Mustache) for building dynamic campaign content
• Independently designing and implementing non-standard frontend solutions based on technical documentation
• Configuring and maintaining events and data structures within client CDP systems
• Debugging and optimizing code for performance, browser/device compatibility, and integration correctness
• Collaborating with project, development teams, account managers, and analysts on complex implementations
• Engaging in technical communication with clients providing advice on feasible solutions
• Testing deployed integrations and campaigns for data accuracy, RWD, and client/mail compatibility
• Documenting solutions and supporting onboarding of junior team members
• Providing ongoing technical support and development for existing implementations and integrations
