Data Modeler

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Modeler / Data Architect or similar position.
• Experience in logical data modeling at the enterprise level.
• Knowledge of standards such as BIAN, FSDM, BDW, or similar.
• Practical experience with data modeling tools like Erwin Data Modeler, Visual Paradigm, IBM Infosphere Data Architect.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve complex data-related problems.
• Ability to work in a distributed, international team with strong communication skills in English (B2/C1).
• Knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing and optimizing database structures.
• Ability to document data models and their dependencies within the organization.
• Knowledge of data management principles, data quality, and data integration strategy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial or banking sector.
• Knowledge of Collibra, Informatica Data Management Suite.
• Experience working with data warehouses and large data sets.
• Knowledge of Data Governance principles and data management methodologies.
• Ability to conduct workshops and training on data modeling.

• Creating and maintaining conceptual, logical, and semantic data models to ensure consistency and optimize data management processes.
• Collaborating with data architects, business analysts, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective data models.
• Defining data structures, trusted data sources, and ownership rules within the organization.
• Supporting data strategy regarding system development, API integration, and data asset management.
• Creating data flow diagrams and data mapping in cooperation with IT architects.
• Promoting best practices in data modeling and ensuring compliance with organizational regulations and standards.
• Documenting data models and their integration with existing systems.
• Analyzing and optimizing data modeling processes for efficiency and quality.
