• At least 5 years’ experience in the IT sector (software development, DevOps or related fields)
• Programming experience (e.g. Python, Java, C#)
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (OpenShift / Kubernetes)
• Experience in building and implementing AI/ML solutions or process automation
• Ability to work at the business–technology interface
• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments
• Ability to analyse processes and identify opportunities for automation

• Designing and implementing AI/ML solutions to support business processes
• Identifying areas for automation and optimisation using AI
• Integrating AI models with existing IT systems and business applications
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for AI solutions
• Deploying and managing solutions in cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Collaborating with DevOps teams on deployment automation and monitoring
• Ensuring solutions comply with security requirements and regulations (e.g. GDPR, AI Act)
• Optimising the performance and costs of AI solutions
• Documenting and standardising technical processes
