Business Analyst

• 2-5 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst or Lead Analyst.
• Strong experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications.
• Solid understanding of business processes and their technical implications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Python, APIs, and basic programming languages.
