Android System Tech Lead (AOSP)

Become Tech Lead for technical team focused issue analysis for Mobile devices in Global market. Your team will analyze issues from different areas like: driver, system application, 3rd party issues and suggest improvements based on it. You will collaborate with different teams in HQ to ensure issue solving process is efficient.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of professional software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AOSP (Android Open Source Platform) based systems.
• Proven track record of leading a technical development team for 1+ years.
• Very good Java skills.
• Hands-on experience in analyzing and customizing the frameworks/base source code.
• Excellent time-management skills and the agility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good command of English.

• Ownership of technical team analyzing Mobile Issues for devices.
• Evaluate work of individual team members, to ensure quality within team is increasing.
• Analyzing issues in SW and propose software improvements.
• Identify gaps in processes and introduce improvements for them.
• Work toward extending capabilities of the team.
• Participating in OS release.
• Expanding your expertise by learning and working with full-stack technologies.
• Become role model, who sets high standards regarding quality.
