AI Engineer | Global (based in Poland)

Colliers International is a leading commercial real estate services company, providing brokerage sales and leasing, lease administration, real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing, and research. They serve across core sectors including office, industrial, retail, and hotel as well as specialised property types.

• 2+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related software engineering.
• Mastery of Python and core AI/ML libraries.
• Strong experience with SQL and vector databases for RAG implementations.
• Ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, with experience deploying and managing AI solutions using Agent Platform.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for Generative AI workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1).

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and understand business problems and architect AI-powered systems.
• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated AI systems including autonomous agents, generative workflows, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Partner with software engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
• Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies, models, and platforms.
• Own and operate the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including data pipelines, model deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring.
• Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic systems, and the AI landscape.
• Communicate AI architectures and metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation including architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.
